Wescan Construction Services (T & D Enterprises Ltd.) began operations as Wescan Electric in 1978 to provide design and contract services in the electrical field, which began with small office service and repairs and then grew to provide completely new electrical upgrades, designs, and installations.
Wescan Construction Services is proud to be an Indigenous-owned business, with a commitment to upholding Indigenous values, promoting economic development within Indigenous communities, and developing meaningful partnerships that honor and respect Indigenous culture and heritage. We provide a collaborative approach to deliver projects that uphold the visions of the first nations peoples.
Since our incorporation, Wescan has added a variety of services such as Mechanical Construction and Service, Data Communications and Security Services, Design and Engineering, CAD / BIM / VDC Teams, Welding and Miscellaneous Metals, and our ever-growing 38,000 square foot fabrication facility, where all the innovations and project management take place.
We believe that quality design and construction management is at the heart of every project. Whether it’s the MTS Centre or the Human Rights Museum, Red River College or the Shoal Lake Water Treatment Plant, our design and construction teams have been successfully delivering complex projects for 45 years. We are continuously improving and adapting our processes to stay at the forefront of the construction industry.
