The Special Projects Division will design and plan any complex construction project, including project scope, conceptual design, detailed design, budget and schedule, and working with architects and engineers to ensure that the project meets all legal requirements and building codes.
We focus on researching new construction techniques, technologies, and materials to improve efficiencies, increase sustainability, improve quality, provide cost savings, and enhance safety for all those involved on the project. This can involve conducting feasibility studies, analyzing data, as well as collaborating with other experts to find innovative solutions.
Our experienced project managers will oversee the entire construction process, from procurement and scheduling to budget management and quality control. They will also coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
