Gimli Water Treatment Plant

Performing as the General Contractor, we supplied and installed a sludge dewatering centrifuge and conveyor within the existing Gimli Wastewater Treatment Plant.

SCOPE OF WORK

Concrete Base Supports and Masonry Wall Modification to support both the centrifuge and conveyor
Process piping, which included sludge, flushing water, and air piping
Electrical, which included new distribution and panels for centrifuge, conveyor, and polymer pump skid
Instrumentation
PLC Controls, which included integration into existing BMS system and updating existing centrifuge to work in a lead/lag operation
Polymer Testing
Refurbishment of existing centrifuge, which included gear replacement and control software update
New Effluent Sampling System
