Wescan completed the Mechanical Installation for the Five storey Level 2 and 3 virology labs additions including the supply and installation of sophisticated HVAC systems, specialized sanitary systems, clinical autoclaves, and specialty fume hoods.

SCOPE OF WORK

High Pressure Steam system for Bio Hazard Rotoclave.
Medium Pressure Steam system for Autoclave.
Low Pressure Steam for Building Heating using a steam to glycol heat exchanger.
Low Pressure Steam for Building Humidification.
1 AHU for Level 3 heating and air distribution.
1 AHU for Level 2 heating and Air Distribution.
Both AHU’s used heat reclaim coils off building exhaust.
Bio Hazardous sanitary drainage.
