Outlet Collection Winnipeg is a fully enclosed shopping centre development with a total retail floor area of 570,000 square feet. It was a very challenging project, with over 1000 modifications due to constant tenant and leasing changes during construction. Wescan, PCL and the project team were able to work together to manage all of the revisions and complete construction on schedule.

The Skills Trades and Technology Centre is a milestone achievement in the history of Red River College. Totaling approximately 100,000 square feet, the STTC has new laboratory and shop space and classrooms for up to 1000 students per year in high demand trades and technologies.
