Dakota Field House

The Dakota Field house was a unique project because we added a 60,000sq/ft. basketball and running track facility to an existing recreational Building. Wescan, Bird Construction and the Dakota Community Center staff have been working together to ensure no community services are interrupted during construction of the new facility.

The first part of this project consisted of Wescan, Bird Construction and SMS Engineering working closely together to develop cost savings for the owner. We accomplished this without affecting the schedule of the project.

We are currently working with our partners Bird, SMS and the Dakota Community Center staff to deliver this project on time and under the original Cost.
