Canada Life TP-06 project was done as a design assist collaboration between NTAG, Bockstael, SMS, Nortec and Wescan to decommission an existing steam power plant and upgrade to a new natural gas hot water power plant, along with a replacement and centralization of the Chiller Plant at Canada Life campus on 60/80/100 Osborne. Steam to Hot Water Heating switch over was phased to accommodate the ongoing renovations on campus. Project was completed with on time fabrication delivery, to allow for no storage or C-Can’s on site as the project was completed while the building was occupied.
