The Manitoba Hydro Downtown Office tower is Winnipeg’s 4th tallest structure and serves as Manitoba Hydro’s main headquarters.
The Manitoba Hydro Office Tower is one of the most energy efficient buildings of its size in North America, consuming 60% less energy than the national building code requires. All of this was accomplished with a guaranteed maximum price in mind, and Wescan was instrumental with the Design Assist concept in order to maximize cost savings in the final design. The project received LEED certification.
Electrical installations consisted of state-of-the-art lighting, building control systems, energy efficient distribution systems, and life safety systems.

The Skills Trades and Technology Centre is a milestone achievement in the history of Red River College. Totaling approximately 100,000 square feet, the STTC has new laboratory and shop space and classrooms for up to 1000 students per year in high demand trades and technologies.
