Manitoba Hydro Downtown Office

The Manitoba Hydro Downtown Office tower is Winnipeg’s 4th tallest structure and serves as Manitoba Hydro’s main headquarters.

The Manitoba Hydro Office Tower is one of the most energy efficient buildings of its size in North America, consuming 60% less energy than the national building code requires. All of this was accomplished with a guaranteed maximum price in mind, and Wescan was instrumental with the Design Assist concept in order to maximize cost savings in the final design. The project received LEED certification.

SCOPE OF WORK
