Red River Innovation Centre

For the Red River College Innovation Center project, Wescan BIM modeled to 95%, which enabled us to pre-fabricate 87% of the electrical installation. This included support system, conduit packages, wall assemblies, lighting fixtures, panels, and transformers.

Incorporating many changes and new buildings into the job as the build went on was a joint collaboration between the owner, engineer, general contractor, and Wescan’s project team to provide “innovations” as the project progressed. Our relationship with, and commitment to all levels of the design and construction process received Wescan high praise and recommendation from the client, engineer, and architect.
